Full payment is required to confirm the session. Sessions will be cancelled if no payment is received within 24 hours of the time of booking.
At least 24 hours notice must be given for any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions. Any changes made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session fee.
No-show (without prior notice) will forfeit the session fee.
Sessions will begin and end promptly. For late arrival, therapist may not be able to extend the session beyond the scheduled time and the full amount for the session will be charged.
