For Clients (Therapy & Coaching)
- Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking to secure the appointment. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled.
- The following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies:
- 48 hours or more before the appointment time: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without forfeiture.
- Less than 48 hours before the appointment time, no-show, or arrival more than 15 minutes late without prior notice: The appointment will be deemed utilised and any applicable fees or session credits will be forfeited.
For Practitioners (Room Rentals, Packages & Memberships)
- Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking to secure the reservation. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled.
