1. Full payment within 24 hours from the time of booking is required to confirm the appointment, or the session will be automatically cancelled.
2. The following cancellation & rescheduling policy applies:
- Cancellations or Rescheduling (At Least 48 Hours’ Notice): Clients may cancel or reschedule without forfeiture of fees.
- Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice) or No-Shows: The session will be deemed used and the fee forfeited.
3. Session with trainees: Audio and/or visual recordings may take place for supervision purposes; strictly subject to client’s consent (consent form will be given by trainee during the beginning of session) and client reserves the right to decline recordings.
4. For walk-ins and same day appointments (subject to availability), please contact your preferred therapist.
5. By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions listed in the Statement of Policies and Procedures.
