Full prepayment is required. Appointment will be cancelled if no payment is received within 24 hours of the time of booking.
Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the session fee.
No-show or late arrival (without prior notice) 20 minutes after the appointment time will forfeit the session fee.
