1. Full payment is required within 24 hours after booking is made to confirm your appointment. Otherwise, the session will be automatically cancelled.
2. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
3. The following may be treated as a no-show (charged the full session fee), at the counsellor's discretion:
- a missed session,
- a cancellation made with less than 48 hours' notice, or
- arriving more than 20 minutes late without sufficient prior notice.
