Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.
Unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the session time will be charged in full.
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Life happens! First-time cancellations made within 48 hours will be offered a one-time exception.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Logging on more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will result in a forfeited session.
If notice is given, late arrivals may be accommodated with a shorter session, depending on the therapist’s availability and discretion.
