At iSeeU.Life, we believe that real growth begins when you feel truly seen, heard and understood. iSeeU.Life offers a compassionate space for individuals to rediscover their inner strength and purpose. Kuhan Gunaratnam is a Registered Counsellor (LKM) with over 30 years of corporate and technology leadership experience and 2 Master's degrees; a Master of Professional Counselling from Monash University Malaysia and a Master of E-Commerce. His experience supporting professionals, executives, healthcare and regulatory practitioners, together with 6 years of NGO volunteer service helping students from lower-income communities, reflects our belief that meaningful change begins with empathy, understanding and genuine human connection.
We provide Individual, Career, Purpose & Life Transition, Companion Conversations 55+ and Community Care Counselling. Because quality mental health support should be accessible to everyone, we also offer Pay-As-You-Can Community Care sessions for those experiencing financial difficulty from the B40 community.
🌿 Community Care Counselling
We understand that life can be challenging and that seeking help can feel overwhelming - but financial challenges should never be a barrier to getting the support you deserve. Our Pay-As-You-Can program offers reduced fees sessions for those truly in need, for individuals and students from lower-income communities or those facing difficult circumstances. If you’d like to apply, just drop us a short note about your situation at seeu@iseeu.life . We’ll respond within 24 to 48 hours. Please use this option with honesty so we can continue extending help to others who truly need it, because everyone deserves to be seen. 💚
🗓️ Booking a same-day session.
If you need a same-day appointment, please email or text us your preferred time as soon as possible at seeu@iseeu.life or WhatsApp (text only) +6012-9717338 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request or offer the earliest available slot.
💳 Booking & Payment Policy - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your session, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. This is an introductory fee, offered to make counselling more accessible as you begin your journey with ISeeU.Life
🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time will be charged in full. - If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, the session fee will remain as credit for future bookings.
⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows - If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full. - If you notify us in advance but arrive 15 minutes late or more, the Counselor may decide whether to continue or reschedule.
💰 Refund Policy - All session purchases are final. - Cancelled sessions (with more than 48 hours’ notice) will be held as credit but are not refundable.
