1. Appointments & Booking
- Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email.
- Please ensure that the contact details you provide are accurate for reminders and follow-ups.
2. Session Fees & Payment
- For the first session, payment may be made before or after the session.
- For all subsequent sessions, payment must be made before the session begins.
- If payment is not received prior to the scheduled time, the session will not proceed.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer / QR payment
- Invoices will be issued upon request or after the session.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) are fully chargeable.
4. Late Arrivals
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
