Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions
If you are running late, please contact 017-222 6886 directly. Sessions will end at the scheduled time.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a missed session and charged in full. For delays exceeding 15 minutes (with notice), the session's continuation will be at the therapist’s discretion.
Cancelled or Missed Sessions
- If you cancel or miss a session with less than 48 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will retain the session fee as credit for future bookings.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is not allowed after this timeframe.
Refund Policy
All sales of individual sessions and bundles are final. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice will remain as credit on your Kinder Minds account but cannot be refunded to your bank account.
